Not one of my hunts for fashion shopping, the Burlington Coat Factory, has proved to be a carrying out a scam on shoppers wanting a bargain. At a time when everyone is looking to trim the fat from our fashion budgets, Burlington Coat Factory decided to sell K-Mart coats after covering the label with fake one of named designers! Shoppers were able to easily remove the labels and noticed the coats came from K-Mart!

K-Mart sold the coats for $30.00. The name brand would have been $200.00. So the $70.00 asked by Burlington Coat Factory was a steal. Folks, in this day of looking for bargains, if it looks to good to be true, it probably is!! Remember, as Judge Joe Brown often says, “caveat emptor.” Let the buyer beware!

Since I shop from QVC, this would have never happen to them. First, a product is not just bought and then sold to their customers. It has to go through product inspectors and if it does not pass inspections out it goes.

So remember buyers, CAVEAT EMPTOR! Let the Buyer Beware!!!
